The Yak, our 4 ft. x 8 ft. unit, has 15” wheels and tires as a standard fixture.
All LED lighting including 2 interior LED puck lights. Dual rear stabilizer jacks, and a wheeled tongue jack for easy maneuverability. 2” receiver on the rear for a bike rack, cargo rack, etc.
All our units use independent torsion suspension. The camper is light-weight at 900 lbs. unloaded, with 110 lbs. of tongue weight.
Walls and floor are carpeted. All units are constructed of ¾” plywood walls* with exterior sheet metal skin (choice of colors) and 2 ft x 4 ft ribs in the roof, which is insulated. The white roof helps to prevent solar gain.
All of our chassis are welded in house using 2 x 2 square tubing 120 wall, and the tongue is 3 x 3 square tubing, also 120 wall. Two doors are standard, they have adjustable screened windows for cross ventilation, and we also install a wall vent in all units.
There is a 4-plug power strip on the rear interior of the unit that is through the bulkhead, so you can plug in to shore power or a generator if available.
This is an economical camper at $3900 for the base unit.
