  • Walls are 3/4″plywood with sheet metal skin. We use Cascadia for our metal, and all their colors are available. See our color chart here. (Opens in new window.)
  • The roof is constructed using 2×4 ribs, except for the radius where we use 2×2 ribs to make the bend. It is insulated, then sheeted with an underlayment, then sheet metal is adhered to that surface. We use white sheet metal on the roof to avoid solar gain.
  • All LED lighting, including 2 interior puck lights.
  • 15″ wheels are standard on all of our models, except the off-road model, which is customized to the customer’s specifications. We like to match the size of the offroad unit wheels to the size of the wheels on the tow vehicle.
  • 2 doors are standard, with adjustable screened windows. A rear door is an option and we have 2 sizes available: 23″ x 27″ and 23″ x 37″ (not available on the 4 ft. x 8 ft. unit)
  • 2″ receiver on the back for a cargo rack, bike rack, etc.
  • Wheeled tongue jack and dual rear stabilizer jacks are standard on all units.
  • Our chassis are welded in house using 2″ square steel tubing, 120 wall. The tongue is 3×3 square steel tubing, also 120 wall.
  • We have moved to independent torsion suspension.
  • Carpeted walls and floor, color choice of charcoal gray and tan.
  • The front and rear bulkheads are framed with 2x4s and finished with 1/4 plywood carpeted panels.
  • We have a solar option also, Flexopower that we offer with the option of a battery and customer specific wiring.
